In order to preserve the rights of all in society in an orderly manner, a complete legal system and provision is required, which will determine their interrelationships, define the limits of rights and limit and regulate the arbitrariness of everyone by law. Without this system, the collective life of the people will become very difficult.

Because one of the tendencies of human beings is to magnify their own benefits and interests. If this tendency is not well regulated by law, then mutual oppression will increase, rights will be violated.

So people have always felt the need to follow a system of law and order so that the rights of all in the society are ensured, no one can be deprived of his rights and no one can infiltrate the limits of others by violating his own limits. In fact, without a balanced, welfare-oriented and all-encompassing system, it is not possible for people to lead a healthy normal social life.

That is why the law incarnated by Allah, like all his innumerable other blessings, has become a great mercy to the world humanity. On the basis of this, there can be a successful solution of all the problems of the people and the proper settlement and settlement of their mutual disputes.

So there is no alternative to rule of law and justice to maintain peace and stability in a civilized society. Justice is the right of all citizens and justice is God’s command.

Islamic Shariah or Shariah law is not a law derived from human thought, but its creator is the great Allah Pak Rabbul Alamin, he has included everything that is useful to human nature and creative needs. He who created man is the one who knows best about human needs.

Allah taala said:

أَلَا يَعْلَمُ مَنْ خَلَقَ وَهُوَ اللَّطِيفُ الْخَبِيرُ

How could it be that He who has created [all] should not know [all]? Yea, He alone is unfathomable [in His wisdom], aware!

Surah : Al-Mulk:14.

Sharī’ah in the language means “a path to a watering hole”. In Islamic usage, it means: The Islamic Religious Law revealed by Allāh (Almighty God) which governs all the affairs of society for the benefit of the people. It governs areas such as business, banking, contracts, family, marriage, divorce, security, criminal law and many other affairs pertaining to society.

Sharī’ah Law is based upon the Qur’ān and Sunnah, and judgements are made in accordance to these two sources. Only those well-versed with the Religion and jurisprudence (rulings in law) are permitted to judge in Sharī’ah matters.

Sharī’ah Law is the basic Islamic legal system derived from the religious precepts of Islam, particularly the Quran and the Hadith.

It is a body of moral and religious law derived from religious texts, as opposed to human-made legislation.
