Question:
I want to buy a mobile phone of Samsung brand. There are two types of price of every mobile. One is official & other is unofficial price. In unofficial mobile there is no warranty & not regestered in BTCL also price is less than official. Now Samsung produced mobile phone in Narsingdi,Bangladesh. My question-Is it sin(gunah) to buy unofficial mobile phone???

Isn’t sin (gunah) to buy unofficial mobile phone.
however, they naturally enter the country by evading taxes from the government. Since there is no need to pay taxes for the government, these devices are available at a discount of tk one to three thousand. As a conscious citizen one should not buy these products. والله تعالى أعلم
