01. প্রশ্ন:
কখনো কখনো এমন হয় যে, পেশাব পুরোপুরি বাহির হয় না। পেশাবের স্থানের আগায় এসে থাকে। আমার প্রশ্ন হল, যদি পেশাব বের না হয়, শুধু আগায় দেখা যায়, তাহলে কি ওযু ভেঙ্গে যাবে?
দয়া করে স্পষ্ট উত্তর পেলে উপকৃত হতাম।
01. উত্তর :
وبالله سبحانه التوفيق
পেশাবের স্থানের শুধু আগায় পেশাব চলে এলে বা দেখলে ওযু ভেঙ্গে যাবে, যদিও পেশাবের স্থানের আগার বাহিরে বের না হয় বা গড়িয়ে না আসে।
.ثم المراد بالخروج من السبلين مجرد الظهور
فى رد المحتار: فلو نزل البول إلى قصبة الذكر لا ينقض بعدم ظهوره، يخالف القلفة، فإنه بنزوله إليها ينقض الوضوء (رد المحتار-١/٢٦٢؛ بدائع الصنائع-١/١٢١
ولو نزل البول الى قصبة الذكر لا ينقض، لأنه من الباطن، ولو خرج إلى القلفة او إلى اسكنى المرأة ينقض، لأنه من الظاهر (الفتاوى التاتارخانية-١/٢٤١، رقم- ١٨٥
